    The Court issued a procedural order on confidentiality and production of evidence, classifying certain information as Confidential (R. 262.2 RoP) and Highly Confidential (R. 262A RoP), and ordered both parties to produce their comparable SEP licence agreements subject to an External Eyes Only regime. No substantive ruling on infringement or validity was made; the Court also confirmed that both the infringement action and the counterclaim for revocation will be heard in the Local Division The Hague.
