Summary: The Court issued a procedural order on confidentiality under R. 262/262A RoP, classifying certain technical trade-secret information in the Statement of Defence and Exhibit ES5 as Confidential Information excluded from public access. The Court expanded access to that information on the claimant's side to include named natural persons and any technical experts, rejecting the defendants' narrower access proposal. The Court also ordered that Umicore's reply deadline under R. 29(a) RoP runs from the date it receives the full unredacted Statement of Defence.
