    The President of the UPC Court of First Instance ordered that the language of proceedings in the Local Division Düsseldorf infringement action be changed from German to English, the language in which EP3349412 was granted. Koninklijke KPN N.V. was required to provide English translations of the Statement of Claim and Annexes K_10 and K_17 by 24 April 2026.
