    The Local Division The Hague dismissed Stratasys's application for provisional measures (preliminary injunction) against BambuLab's H2C 3D printer. The Court found it more likely than not that EP2964450 is not infringed, because the H2C prime tower does not reproduce claim feature 1.4.1 ('layer by layer manner'), as its layers contain both part and support material at the same level rather than one type of material per horizontal layer. Stratasys was ordered to pay BambuLab's agreed costs of EUR 112,000.
