    Summary: The Mannheim Local Division permitted the withdrawal of Wilus' infringement action (UPC_CFI_452/2025) and of both revocation counterclaims (UPC_CFI_1152/2025 and UPC_CFI_752/2026), declared the proceedings closed, and ordered reimbursement of 50% of the court fees to each paying party (EUR 12,000, EUR 10,000 and EUR 13,250 respectively).
