    Hurom (appellant) applied under R. 265 RoP to withdraw its appeal (UPC_CoA_916/2025) against the Mannheim Local Division decision of 2 October 2025 concerning alleged infringement by NUC in Poland, Spain, and the UK. The Court of Appeal permitted the withdrawal, declared the proceedings closed, ordered Hurom to bear NUC's reasonable legal costs for both instances, and ordered reimbursement of 50% of the appeal court fees (EUR 5,500) plus overpaid fees of EUR 2,500 to Hurom.
