The component has a laminar layer made from hard grouting compound i.e. concrete, and a carrier mat (3) arranged in an area of a front-sided surface of the component. The mat has longitudinal rods (4) and transverse rods (5), and a heating and/or cooling pipe (6) is arranged at a side of the mat for conveying fluid medium, where the side of the mat is turned toward the surface. A distance piece (8) is connected to the mat and/or to the pipe, and holds the pipe at distance to the surface. A surface layer made from the hard grouting compound is arranged between the pipe and the surface. The distance piece is made from plastic, fiber cement or casting concrete.
