Munich Local Division procedural order (judge-rapporteur Dr. Zigann) in an infringement action by Shanghai Jinko Green Energy Enterprise Management Co. / Zhejiang Jinko Solar Co. against LONGi and other solar energy defendants concerning EP 4 372 829 (solar panel technology), addressing service issues for defendants who had not yet appointed UPC representatives.
