Order of the Munich Local Division on an application by Motorola Mobility LLC (claimant) to amend its statement of claim to include FRAND-related claims against Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (defendant) under Rule 263 RoP. The Court granted the amendment, finding the conditions of Rule 263(2) RoP were met and that the amendment did not unreasonably hinder Ericsson in its defence.
