Both the claimant's infringement action and the defendants' counterclaim for revocation were withdrawn by mutual agreement before closure of written proceedings. The parties reached an out-of-court settlement under which each party bears its own costs, and the court ordered 50% reimbursement of court fees to each side (€7,500 to claimant; €9,500 to defendants).
