  Zusammenfassung: In a pending preliminary-injunction proceeding concerning EP 3 645 903, the Local Division Düsseldorf (judge-rapporteur acting alone) granted Valeo Electrification's application under R. 262/262A RoP to protect confidential information in its PI application and supporting exhibits, restricting access to designated legal/patent representatives and four named individuals on the respondent's side, and excluding the information from public disclosure. The order also reminded the parties' representatives to observe efficient case-management practice under R. 9.1 RoP; it does not decide the provisional-measures application itself.
