The Court of Appeal granted IPG Laser's application under R. 265.1 RoP to withdraw its appeals (PR-UPC-CoA-58/2026 and PR-UPC-CoA-59/2026) against the Mannheim Local Division's infringement judgment. The withdrawal was allowed because TRUMPF Laser had not yet been served and had no legitimate interest in continuation. Proceedings were declared closed, no costs order was made, and 50% of court fees (EUR 21,145) were ordered refunded to IPG Laser.
