Decision by default issued by the President of the Court of Appeal rejecting NJOY Netherlands B.V.'s appeal as inadmissible under Rule 229.4 RoP. NJOY had appealed the Paris Central Division's dismissal of its revocation action against EP 2 875 740 held by VMR Products LLC.
