President of the Court of Appeal rejected Abbott entities' appeal as inadmissible. Abbott had filed an appeal under R. 220.2 RoP against a confidentiality order from the Paris Local Division without leave having been granted. The judge-rapporteur of the first instance had explicitly stated leave was not granted. Without leave, the appeal was inadmissible from the outset and therefore could not be withdrawn; the President declared the appeal rejected.
