Court of Appeal order on CHINT's application for suspensive effect of a first-instance order and expedition of appeal proceedings. JingAo had obtained an order from Munich Local Division requiring CHINT (and five other defendants) to provide security for costs of EUR 200,000. CHINT appealed and sought suspension of the security obligation and expedited review. The order addresses the conditions for granting suspensive effect and expedited proceedings on appeal.
