The Munich Local Division granted the application by Shenzhen Dianming Technology Co., Ltd. to join UPC_CFI_245/2025 (SWARCO FUTURIT v Yunex GmbH, EP 2 643 717) as an intervener (Streithelferin) supporting the defendant. The Court also rejected Yunex's earlier application for intervention given it was superseded. Shenzhen Dianming was given 10 days to submit its intervention brief and to respond to the security for costs application.
