    Order of the President of the Court of First Instance (UPC_CFI_481/2025) granting HMD Global Oy's application to change the language of the proceedings from German to English (the language of patent grant) under Art. 49(5) UPCA and R. 323 RoP. Huawei had filed an infringement action in German; HMD argued for English as the patent language.
