  Summary: The Hague Local Division granted law firm Powell Gilbert LLP's application for public access to the written pleadings and evidence in the provisional measures proceedings between Abbott Diabetes Care Inc. and Sibio Technology Limited / Umedwings Netherlands B.V. concerning EP 2 713 879 (a continuous glucose monitoring patent), following the conclusion of those proceedings by a final order.
