    Summary: The Hamburg Local Division granted Cilag's application for provisional measures, ordering RiVOLUTION GmbH to cease and desist from making, offering, marketing, using, importing or possessing surgical stapler instruments (EnDrive Orca / EnDrive Zero) that directly infringe claim 1 of EP 2 615 984 in Germany, and ordering Shanghai International Holding Corporation GmbH (Europe), acting as EU authorised representative for the Chinese manufacturers, to stop enabling those sales in Germany, France and Italy and to notify the competent authorities that it no longer acts in that capacity. The order against the second respondent takes effect only once Cilag posts EUR 1,000,000 security; the court also provisionally ordered EUR 56,000 in cost reimbursement and rejected the respondents' late 10 July 2026 submission as inadmissible.
