Munich Local Division issued a revised order modifying a previous case management order (of 14 October 2024) to require claimant Harvard College to submit its auxiliary requests (in the application to amend the patent) within 20 days after the decision of the EPO Opposition Division, rather than at a fixed date, in light of a pending EPO opposition with oral proceedings scheduled.
