The Paris Local Division rejected VALINEA ENERGIE's applications to both revoke and revise the ex-parte evidence preservation order (saisie) issued on 23 December 2024. The Court upheld the original saisie order, finding adequate justification for the urgency and effectiveness of the measures. VALINEA's request to increase the security deposit from EUR 10,000 to EUR 50,000 was also rejected, as VALINEA failed to demonstrate TIRU's financial vulnerability.
