The President of the Court of Appeal (Klaus Grabinski, Standing Judge) rejected the defendants' (OrthoApnea S.L. and Vivisol B BV) request for suspensive effect of the appeal against the Brussels Local Division's decision not to extend the deadline for their Statement of Rejoinder beyond 1 August 2024 (Request I).
