Abstract
The invention relates to a method for authenticating a code with geometrical areas having variable shapes and/or colours based on a message, said method comprising: a step (115) of generating said code with variable geometrical areas based on a message in order to provide geometrical areas; a step (120 to 130) of generating an authenticating digital code for providing digital values; and a step (135) of forming an image of said code with geometrical areas including, in at least one portion of the geometrical areas thereof and/or in at least one space between the geometrical areas, a portion of said authenticating digital code.
