2025-12-04	UPC_CFI_1167/2025	Milan CD	Application RoP262A	Procedural	Procedural only	Milan Central Division addressed Insulet's application for penalty payments against EOFlow for alleged non-compliance with injunctions from both the Court of Appeal's preliminary injunction order (30 April 2025) and the Central Division Milan's decision on the merits (22 July 2025) concerning EP 4 201 327.
