The Milan Central Division ordered an on-site inspection at Maschio Gaspardo's premises (rather than at the court) for an agricultural tool used as the patented and allegedly infringing embodiment, as transporting the approximately 2-tonne subsoiler machine to court was impractical, relying on Art. 53(f) UPCA and R. 170 RoP.
