Order from the Court of Appeal (UPC_CoA_363/2025) dismissing Microsoft's request for rectification of a Court of Appeal decision by default against Suinno Mobile & AI Technologies under R. 353 RoP. Microsoft sought to add a R. 356.3 RoP notice (that a further default decision would be final) to the decision. The Court held that such a notice must be requested in the proceedings concerning the default decision itself, and could not be added retrospectively by way of rectification.
