The Court of Appeal received Sun Patent Trust's application for suspensive effect under Rule 223 RoP against an order of the Paris Local Division of 31 July 2025 granting certain Vivo employees access to highly confidential information in infringement proceedings. Sun Patent argued that the highly confidential licence information should be subject to an 'External Eyes Only' regime excluding Vivo employees.
