  Zusammenfassung: The Hague Local Division allowed Ericsson's withdrawal, under R. 265 RoP, of three parallel SEP infringement actions against the Transsion group of defendants (UPC_CFI_1568/2025 re EP 2712236, UPC_CFI_1791/2025 re EP 3836631, and UPC_CFI_1793/2025 re EP 3245744) following a settlement with all defendants, and declared the proceedings closed. The Registry was ordered to reimburse the claimant 25% of the court fees paid in each case, reduced from the standard 50% under R.370.9(e) RoP given the claimant's procedural conduct, with no further costs decision needed.
