The Local Division Hamburg issued a cost decision following the dismissal of the infringement action and revocation of EP 2 077 811 (claims 1, 2, 3, 7 and 9) in the underlying proceedings (UPC_CFI_685/2024 / UPC_CFI_157/2025).
