  Zusammenfassung: Following the Mannheim Local Division's earlier decision on the merits in the infringement action UPC_CFI_716/2024 and the counterclaim for revocation UPC_CFI_205/2025 concerning EP 2 037 175, in which costs were apportioned 25% to Claimant and 75% to Defendants, the Court fixed recoverable costs under R. 150 RoP based on the parties' agreed total of EUR 360,000 each in reasonable and proportionate costs. Claimant was ordered to reimburse Defendants EUR 95,000 and Defendants were ordered to reimburse Claimant EUR 288,000, payable by 17 April 2026.
