The Milan Local Division rectified of its own motion a clerical mistake under R. 353 RoP in its order of 22 July 2026 following the interim conference: the value of the counterclaim for revocation, mistakenly set at EUR 1,850,000, is corrected to EUR 1,875,000. Both parties confirmed they had no objection to the rectification.

The Milan Local Division judge-rapporteur recorded the decisions taken at the interim conference of 9 July 2026 under R. 105.5 RoP: settlement was explored without success, the claimant's feature breakdown of claim 1 is adopted, the claimant's request for a further exchange of pleadings under R. 36 RoP on infringement by equivalence is dismissed because nothing prevented full argument during the written procedure, and a further exchange was ordered on the substantive law applicable to the alleged acts of infringement with deadlines of 31 July and 21 August 2026. The value of the infringement action was set at EUR 1,250,000 and of the counterclaim for revocation at EUR 1,850,000, and the oral hearing was confirmed for 20 October 2026 with validity and infringement taken together.

The Milan Local Division partially granted Primetals Technologies' application for an order to produce evidence under Art. 59 UPCA / R. 190 RoP, requiring Danieli to disclose documents relating to alleged infringement of EP 2 624 977 in steel coiling installations supplied to Hoa Phat Group in Vietnam.
