    Summary: Following the oral hearing of 20 July 2026, the Munich Local Division amended its inspection and evidence-preservation order of 20 May 2026 (Art. 60 UPCA, R. 192 and 199 RoP) concerning EP 3 427 283: the confidentiality obligations of the expert, assistants, the applicant's representatives and the bailiff were reworded, the representatives' access to the description was clarified as arising before the Court decides on its release, and a paragraph agreed by the parties barring communication with the expert and any follow-up examination was added. All further requests were rejected and the order of 20 May 2026 was otherwise maintained.
