    The EPO Board of Appeal revoked EP 3 540 068 in its entirety in a final decision dated 27 February 2026, rendering the UPC revocation action devoid of purpose. Both parties agreed to dispose of the proceedings under R. 360 RoP, and the court ordered the defendant International N&H Denmark ApS to reimburse the claimant UPM-Kymmene Oyj a total of EUR 96,000 in court fees and recoverable legal costs.
