The Paris Local Division rejected Mul-T-Lock France's preliminary objection challenging UPC jurisdiction over infringement of national (non-unitary) designations of EP 4 153 830 in Spain, the UK and Switzerland, confirming the UPC's competence to hear infringement of all national parts of the patent within UPC Member States.
