Lisbon Local Division decision granting Ericsson's application to withdraw its infringement action against Digital River Ireland Ltd, one of two defendants in proceedings concerning EP 2 819 131, following Digital River's insolvency (winding-up order of 24 February 2025 by Irish Court).
