The Munich Local Division granted the application by Shenzhen Dianming Technology Co., Ltd. to join UPC_CFI_245/2025 (SWARCO FUTURIT v Yunex GmbH, EP 2 643 717) as an intervener (Streithelferin) supporting the defendant. The Court also rejected Yunex's earlier application for intervention given it was superseded.
