Munich Local Division (judge-rapporteur Dr. Zigann) granted a stay of both the infringement action (ACT_53813/2024) by Syngenta Limited against Sumi Agro entities concerning EP 2 152 073 and the counterclaim for revocation, at the joint request of all parties (R. 295(d) RoP).
