The Milan Local Division granted Dainese S.p.A.'s application under R. 9 RoP to extend the deadline for filing its defence to counterclaims for revocation and reply to statements of defence, in light of a concurrent EPO oral hearing on 13 February 2025 for the parallel opposition proceedings, and invited the parties to submit a joint request for alignment of future procedural deadlines.
