  Zusammenfassung: The Central Division (Milan) dismissed LS9's isolated revocation action in so far as EP 2 223 589 is maintained in the version amended by auxiliary request 1, with effect for Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. Both sides partly succeeded, so each bears its own costs and half the court fees.
