Zusammenfassung: The Court of Appeal rejected Canfield's requests to stay its appeals (UPC_CoA_99/2026, 110/2026) against the Düsseldorf LD decision of 23 April 2026 (infringement largely found, revocation counterclaim dismissed, EP 3 156 843) pending a third party's (Manteana Holdings) revocation action at the Paris Central Division: the Court of Appeal reviews validity itself, R. 222.2 must not be circumvented, and the Paris action is at an early stage.
