    The panel dismissed the Claimant's application for review of the Judge-Rapporteur's order of 24 March 2026 requiring the Claimant to provide EUR 300,000 security for costs. The panel upheld the original security-for-costs order, ruling that the FRAND bank guarantee provided by the Defendants does not relieve the Claimant of the obligation to provide security for costs, and that the Claimant's alternative request to substitute ATE insurance for the security obligation was also dismissed. Leave to appeal was not granted.
