    Summary: Order of the Munich Local Division following the interim conference of 31 July 2026 under R. 105.5 RoP. The oral hearing of 1 October 2026 was confirmed, further written submissions were permitted with a ten-page limit (claimant by 14 August, defendant by 28 August 2026), all submissions filed so far were admitted, presentations must be filed by 24 September 2026, and the value in dispute was set at EUR 3.3m for the action and EUR 4.95m for the counterclaim, EUR 8.25m in total. The rapporteur noted the restrictive case law on simultaneous interpretation, which the defendant may arrange at its own expense.
