Meril infringement proceedings (EP 2 628 464). The court set out important headnotes on public access: Art. 45 UPCA establishes a principle of openness of UPC proceedings including written procedure, and if an applicant has provided a credible explanation for seeking access, the application should be approved unless confidentiality is necessary.
