  Zusammenfassung: The Hamburg Local Division imposed coercive penalties (Zwangsgeld) on Ningbo Blue Pluser for non-compliance with the provisional measures order of 9 December 2025 (EP 2 131 940 B1). A penalty of EUR 97,500 was imposed for continued breach of the injunction order (Order I) over 195 days at EUR 500/day, and EUR 105,000 for non-compliance with the disclosure order (Order IV) from 6 May 2026 to 15 July 2026; an additional EUR 2,000/day was threatened for ongoing non-compliance with the disclosure obligation.

  Zusammenfassung: The Hamburg Local Division imposed a coercive fine (Zwangsgeld) of EUR 1,000 per day on the respondent for non-compliance with the disclosure obligation (item IV) of the preliminary injunction order of 9 December 2025, running from 31 March 2026 until the date of this order. The court additionally threatened an escalated daily fine of EUR 1,500 for continued non-compliance after 5 May 2026, while partially rejecting the claimant's broader requests. Costs of the enforcement proceedings were imposed on the respondent at 90%.
