A penalty of EUR 97,500 was imposed for continued breach of the injunction order (Order I) over 195 days at EUR 500/day, and EUR 105,000 for non-compliance with the disclosure order (Order IV) from 6 May 2026 to 15 July 2026; an additional EUR 2,000/day was threatened for ongoing non-compliance with the disclosure obligation.
