The Milan Local Division issued a procedural order under R. 9 RoP aligning the deadlines for all defendants to file their statements of defence and counterclaims for revocation. The judge rapporteur set 10 June 2026 as a notional common starting date for all defendants (subject to Resosport's immediate acceptance of service), resulting in a common deadline of 10 September 2026 for filing defences.
