The Court of Appeal denied Suinno's application for leave to appeal the cost decision of the Central Division, Paris dated 31 March 2026, which had ordered Suinno to pay EUR 300,000.00 in costs to Microsoft incurred in the counterclaim for revocation proceedings. The Court of Appeal found that the CFI's cost assessment was proportionate and within the applicable ceiling, and that Suinno had not demonstrated any deviation from the principles of Art. 69(1) UPCA.
