  Zusammenfassung: The Court of Appeal judge-rapporteur granted Dolby's request under R. 295(d) RoP, agreed to by Beko, to stay the appeal proceedings UPC-CoA-77/2026 and UPC-CoA-78/2026 with immediate effect after the parties reached a settlement agreement under which they will withdraw their claims once the obligations are met. The parties must inform the Court once those obligations are fulfilled and either may request resumption.
